In November, awaiting the arrival of our grandson Carter, I was fortunate to capture a special moment between Ross and his niece, Harper. Since recording this video, I have watched it countless times. Each viewing not only brings a smile to my face, but also a moment of peace, being at ease with the world and treasuring these small moments.
Getting the giggles, was an understatement. The spontaneous, innocent laughter that could not be contained, spread joy throughout the house.
Yes, he’s her ‘Uncle Ross.’ She doesn’t know what Autism is and doubtful that it would matter to her.
Today and every day we celebrate the joyfully unapologetic, unconditional love and laughter that Autism brings.
